| Effect | When specific characters like Ineffa are in the party, a Thundercloud forms in place of Electro-Charged, which deals damage to enemies affected by both Hydro and Electro. This attack can also be CRIT based on all characters who have applied the reaction. |
The Lunar-Charged is a reaction that triggers when an enemy is affected by either Electro or Hydro with Ineffa in your party.
Then, it creates a thundercloud that continuously releases bursts of lightning that deal Electro DMG to Electro-Charged targets.
Elemental Reactions Guide and How it Works

Unlike Electro-Charged, Lunar-Charged reactions can deal CRIT DMG to enemies. The CRIT DMG is based on all the characters who have applied the elements.
Just like Electro-Charged, Lunar-Charged reaction DMG scales off of the Elemental Mastery stat. Make sure you balance Elemental Mastery and CRIT stats for optimal Lunar-Charged DMG.
Lunar-Charged DMG can ignore enemy DEF and cannot be affected by DMG bonuses. So DMG buffs from characters like Furina and Yelan do not increase Lunar-Charged DMG.

To set up Lunar-Charged, you will need to have Ineffa in your team. As of now, she is the only character who can help trigger this reaction.

An enemy must be affected with either Hydro or Electro. An enemy is also considered affected by either Hydro or Electro when they are made of or have shields of the said elements.

After an enemy has Hydro or Electro, simply attack them with the other element to trigger Lunar-Charged.
| Characters with Lunar-Charged |
|
|---|
Ineffa is a required character to trigger the Lunar-Charged reaction, as you need her in your party to trigger this reaction.
| Best Hydro Characters for Lunar-Charged |
|
|
|
|---|---|---|
If you want consistent Hydro application for any Hydro-related reactions, Furina, Yelan, and Kokomi are the best characters to use.
They are a great source of Hydro element, be it from their Elemental Skill, Elemental Burst, or even their Normal and Charged attacks.
| Best Anemo Characters for Lunar-Charged |
|
|
|
|---|---|---|
Mizuki, Ifa, and Sucrose are great for spreading the elements on the field with their Anemo abilities. Not to mention, Ifa also has a passive talent that can buff Electro-Charged Reactions.
| Best Electro Characters for Lunar-Charged |
|
|
|---|
There is no better character built for Electro-Charged Reactions than Ororon. His entire kit is mainly focused on the said reaction, specifically his Passive Talents.
Fischl can also be used for consistent Electro application and energy gain for your other Electro units.

[August 2025] This is an awful page for information and needs serious updates. There's a huge lack of info here on how the reaction scales. How much EM? How much crit damage? What's the contribution? Is it an average of each? Seriously needs improvement.
