If you already have Elegy for the End, that's still the better bow to equip, and you should only use this if you have enough Energy Recharge that you won't need Favonius Warbow.

Yeah Game8 tends to not give the most coherent info when it comes to weapon usage: only Jahoda, Ororon and Collei can be seriously considered (off-field Burst ATK scalers), but Favonius will probably always outperform for the team (more ER and energy procs, vs ATK that can be attained on Sands instead).
