Etherlight Spindlelute is suited for characters that utilize Elemental Mastery as much as Energy Recharge, such as Lauma, Nahida, Sucrose, Mizuki, or Citlali.
Etherlight Spindelute is Lauma’s best F2P weapon since it gives high Elemental Mastery and Energy Recharge, both of which are core to her kit.
The EM boosts her Bloom and Hyperbloom reaction damage, while the ER makes her Burst easier to maintain, letting her consistently support the team.

Travelers will be able to obtain the Etherlight Spindlelute and its refinement material by participating in the minigames of the Clink Clank Clash event!
Get at least 200 Legion Morale to claim the weapon from the events screen. You can already get this weapon and some of its refinements on Day 1!

I believe this has more EM than Fruit at R5 (200 vs 180 [36*5]) and is much easier to use (1 skill = 20 secs of 200 EM vs having to continuously trigger reactions for stacks or else it will fall off). Looks like Frozen is considered an Elemental Reaction according to https://game8.co/games/Genshin-Impact/archives/297558
