The Knuckle Duckle is located on the Clink-Clank Krumkake Craftshop area in Lempo Isle.

You can access the boss fight by interacting with the Knuckle Duckle and selecting the What is Duster Mode? option.

How to Beat the Knuckle Duckle

Use Electro-Charged on Stamping Devices

The Knuckle Duckle can enter Duckstruction Mode, where its attacks are more agressive and it has the ability to summon Stamping Devices.

Use Electro-Charged or Lunar-Charged reactions on the Stamping Devices to have them attack the Knuckle Duckle instead.

Always Dodge the Slams

Be mindful of Knuckle Duckle's slams as they deal tremendous amount of damage if left unchecked. Knuckle Duckle will always withdraw its arms before jumping into the air.

Bring Hydro and Electro Characters

For the Knuckle Duckle, teams that consist of at least one Hydro and one Electro character work best to deal with the Stamping Device summons.
