To gain lamp-making components during the first stage of Trillion Trinket Trawl, eliminate three types of Ruin Machines, two types of Primal Construct, and three types of Clockwork Meka.
Travelers can also use the Handbook to track the required monsters. After defeating all of the required enemies, return to Dvorak to submit the components and decorate!

Three different kinds of Ruin Machines can be found around the event area on Watatsumi Island. There are two types of Primal Constructs found at the entrance of Khaj-Nisut in Sumeru Desert.
Three types of Clockwork Meka can be easily found south of the slope of Mont Automnequi in Fontaine!

The second stage of Trillion Trinket Trawl will require you to photograph a variety of animals in order to obtain raw materials for the set! If you have Aloy, you can use her to help you keep the birds from flying away!
Take note that to successfully photograph animals, you must use the photo-taking function from the menu rather than the kamera gadget!

For the second part of the event, you can finish all of the tasks within Mondstadt City. Various types of birds can be spotted on the city bridge in front of Timmy.
There are two kind of dogs around the general goods, and three types of cats can be found resting in front of Cat's Tail!

The third stage of Trillion Trinket Trawl will require you to gather various materials from Teyvat in order to decorate the venue!

You may easily find three different kinds of items with green leaves surrounding the Dawn Winey Statue of Seven in Mondstadt. Sango Pearl is located on Watatsumi Island, among the waters and falls. Finally, starconch are easily found along Liyue's sandy beaches!
One of the stages requires you to defeat specific types of monsters found across Teyvat. Remember that defeating the same monster only counts as one, therefore you'll need to defeat different kinds of enemies from the same category to complete the challenge.
For instance, if you need to defeat three Ruin Machines, you must defeat three kinds of Ruin Machines; defeating three Ruin Guards will only count as one. You can utilize the archive to view different kinds of enemies in the same category!
The second stage will test your photography talents by taking photos of specific targets. Use the Paimon Menu's photo-taking function to accurately identify the targets to be photographed!
Collect the necessary regional specialties in the third stage of this event. Travelers can take advantage of the Search Guide feature to get tips on where to obtain the necessary things and complete the task quickly!
After finishing all of the tasks for a particular stage, return to Dvorak to submit the components and decorate the event venue!

Am I the only one having issues with the second stage? I'll take photos of any of the animals, but it just won't count. I have a guide for mine and it tells me exactly where I need to take the photos. Yet, even then, it won't count for me either.
