Enter the Cave Above Blue Amber Lake
You can get to the Radiant Moonfly simply by entering the cave and finding it at the end of the tunnel.
How to Beat the Radiant Moonfly
Heal to Escape Radiant Cocoon
The Radiant Moonfly can use the Radiant Cocoon to trap you and deal plenty of damage. To escape from it, all you have to do is use your healers and bring your HP back up to full health.
Stay Out of the Range of the Radiant Cocoon
Another viable strategy is to get out of range of the Radiant Cocoon when the Moonfly does it.
Take note of the Dendro Razor that it throws as immediately afterwards, It will use the Cocoon.

During this fight camera have massive issues. It "adjust" by itself decreasing readability. It moves so you character is more at the bottom of screen which is disturbing. Simple zoom out would be much better.
