There is a stack of papers right next to Heizou's message on the ground. But we don't get to pick it up, so I don't think we can actually give those back to him. I tried checking the police station and Ritou if he was standing there, but no luck. I doubt it was the intention to get to talk more about that storyline :/

I don't know how, but there's a part where Miko shows up and you can speak to her, with voiced dialogue. So I thought that other characters would show up at the venue, but so far there was only Miko.
So at the end heizou left us a letter saying that he lost a piece of paper and wants us to return that to him Did anyone actually found a paper or the event just ends like that?
