Pneumousia Relays are mechanisms added in Genshin Impact 4.0 found all over Fontaine whose energy state can change depending on what hits them. See all its three states, how to change them, and all known information about it here!
List of Contents
Pneumousia Relays are totem-like mechanisms usually found on Fontaine puzzles that react to Pneumousia Energy. Travelers can hit them with either Pneuma or Ousia to alter their states, which is noted by the color of the energy inside!

Balanced State |
Every Pneumousia Relay puzzle can be solved by changing the relays to their Balanced State. You can always find an energy block near a relay that has an energy opposite of the state the relay is in.
After obtaining an energy block, you can transfer it to a relay using any type of attack, or using the Transoceanic Sourcewater ability if the Pneumousia Relay is underwater.
How to Solve Pneumousia Blocks
Pneumousia Relays are scattered across the areas of Fontaine! Make sure to keep an eye out for them, as they are necessary for you to complete a puzzle!

OK, #20 is a remarkable chest. If you did the puzzle and you come back another day and the statues are not in the balanced state, I'm pretty sure it's just a bug. If the chest there is already gone, then you already did the puzzle. Hope that helps :)
