OK, #20 is a remarkable chest. If you did the puzzle and you come back another day and the statues are not in the balanced state, I'm pretty sure it's just a bug. If the chest there is already gone, then you already did the puzzle. Hope that helps :)
Same Issue, I can't find the third statue to activate. Any ideas?

Hi!!! I'm having trouble with the relay labelled #20. I figure there are three relays there. When I change the two I can see to the balanced state they don't stay that way. I leave and return to them in the Ousia state again. Am I glitching or am I blind? Help, please ಥ_ಥ
