Another handwheel is missing in the Our Purpose is in Another Canal world quest! This handwheel is easily found near the underwater pipe that needs it, trapped by seaweed. Use a Xenochromatic Sting Ray's ability to destroy the seaweed and retrieve the handwheel.

Use Pneuma on the Ousia Energy Transfer Device

The Handwheel for the fourth valve in the Road to the Singularity quest is locked in a cage. To unlock the cage, you need to use an energy cell locked within an Ousia statue. Use the Pneuma nearby then attack the Ousia Energy Transfer Device to activate it.
