Navia's burst lets her do off-field damage nearly constantly (just 3 second delay to burst again even at no constellation), and even has a sub-dps build on her page for that, so shouldn't she be listed here? I have her set up to work as either dps or sub-dps and she wrecks shit in either position.
Diona can be sub dps
Still, Diona can do SUB DPS in her Ultimate!

Yae Miko does a better job of being a sub-DPS than Raiden. Alhaitham + Raiden gives 35,000 DPS while Alhaitham + Yae Miko gives 50,000 DPS. Put Yae Miko in SS tier and Raiden in S tier instead.
Raiden and Yelan are both amazing sub dps in almost any team which is why I think they are best
didn’t have space to include Fischl and Miko my bad.
Half of these characters aren’t even Sub DPS. Just because a character CAN do damage off field doesn’t mean they’re a Sub DPS. Layla is a Cryo Applier and Shielder Her damage potential is abysmal without Key of Khaj-Nisut and/or Shenhe. Kirara is a shielder/nuke. Nilou is a Driver. Ayato and Shogun are on field DPS. Kazuha Venti and Sucrose are swirlers their DPS contribution is negligible. The only actual sub DPS here are DMC, Albedo, Lynette, Xingqiu, Yelan, and Xiangling.
