Dragonspine Special Training Guide
Dragonspine Special Training is actually a group of three different types of challenges. Each challenge has different gameplay mechanics.

Can you play Dragonspine Special Training in Co-Op Mode?
You can't play Agility Training in Co-Op mode, but you can definitely play Tracker Training and Combat Training in Co-Op mode!
Note: There are no limits to Combat Training in Co-Op mode, but only the host can melt Ice Crystal Piles during Tracker Training.

Agility Training has four different courses. The amount of points you get for a course depends on your total race time and the amount of Insignias of Adventure and Insignias of Conquest you got from that stage.

Locate and melt Ice Crystal Pillars!
During the Tracker Training challenge, there will be multiple Ice Crystal Pillars scattered around the map. You'll have to find and melt all of the Ice Crystal Pillars to complete the challenge.

Get Snowman Components
Completing all eight Tracker Training challenges will give you at least one of every Snowman Component type needed for Born of the Snow. Two Snowman Heads are also fixed rewards in the first two levels!

Defeat Dragonspine enemies in Sheer Cold!
During Combat Training, you'll fight Dragonspine enemies with a little help from Lure Mechanisms! Be careful though, because leaving Lure Mechanisms in their ''Source Cold'' state will drag you down instead of help you...
Collect Scarlet Quartz and attack the mechanisms surrounding Lures to change a Lure's state to ''Hear Source.'' Once in that state, Lures will help you fend off the Sheer Cold and give you buffs!

Get Snowman Heads
Like Tracker Training, you can also get Snowman Heads from the first two levels of Combat Training. No other Snowman Components can be obtained from this challenge though!
You can use these Snowman Heads in the Born of Snow event. Check out our guide for more information:

How to Unlock Dragonspine Special Training
You can immediately unlock Dragonspine Special Training on the first day of the event by completing ''The Snowy Path.'' To unlock that event quest, you would have to complete the Archon Quest in Prologue: Act 2 as well as Albedo's Story Quest.
