Ice Pillars | Ice Pillars that have been piled together. You can either jump over them with a Galespring Blessing or destroy them with an Ironskin Blessing. |
Dusty Balloons | Explodes when hit, creating a dust cloud that obstructs vision. Avoid all Dusty Balloons! |
Ice Pillar Walls | 1st: Destroy with an Ironskin Blessing. 2nd: Jump over with a Galespring Blessing. 3rd: Collect the three Insignias of Conquest! |
---|
Begin the race with a full dash towards the Agility Training markers. You will encounter three Ice Pillar Walls. At the third Ice Pillar Wall, you will need to collect the Insignias of Conquest before they disappear!
Ice Pillar Locations | From the 1st Ice Pillar you see: 2nd Pillar - In front of you. 3rd Pillar - On your left side. 4th Pillar - On your right side. 5th Pillar - On your left side. 6th Pillar - In front of you.. |
---|
You will see some Ice Pillars half-way through the course, once the route starts going downhill. Destroy the Shiny Ice Pillars because they have hidden Insignias in them that you will need for a higher score!
Once you reach the point with Anemo Ring Paths, glide towards the path to your left! There's an Insignia of Adventure at the end of the route that you would miss if you choose the path on the right.

Obstacles found in Stage 2 | |
Ice Pillars | Ice Pillars that have been piled together. You can either jump over them with a Galespring Blessing or destroy them with an Ironskin Blessing. |
Dusty Balloons | Explodes when hit, creating a dust cloud that obstructs vision. Avoid all Dusty Balloons! |
Goulash Recipe |
---|
Goulash |
Goulash helps slow down the accumulation of Sheer Cold. Since there aren't that many heat sources in stage 2, and there's also a chance that you'll get wet, eating Goulash before starting will definitely help fend off the cold!
At the very start of the challenge, you'll need to jump down from the Statue of the Seven. You will see several Insiginias of Adventure on the way down. Carefully glide towards each Insignia to collect them.
By the end of the fall, after collecting all Insignias, you can plunge down to save time!
After your descent, you'll encounter a row Ice Pillar Walls. Use Galespring Blessings to continuously jump over the walls and collect any Insignias of Adventure you see along the way!
There is also a hidden Insignia of Adventure sitting on top of a pillar. Keep an eye out while you jump past Ice Pillar Walls and collect it!
Be sure to collect the Ironskin Blessing above another broken pillar. There are only three Ironskin Blessings in this section of the challenge, and missing this one means you won't be able to break through the last Ice Pillar containing an Insignia!
It's easy to miss, but there are also few Insignias of Adventure above Hilichurl Huts. Keep an eye out for the coins on top of these buildings, especially on the way to the river!
There will be a row of Anemo Rings during the last checkpoint. Several Insignias of Conquest can be found in the middle of this Anemo Ring path.
Be sure to cross each one of the Anemo Rings because missing one and going off-course would cost you precious time and let the Insignias of Conquest disappear!

Agility Training: Icebreaker's Advance | |
---|---|
Obstacles found in Stage 3 | |
Ice Pillars | Ice Pillars that have been piled together. You can either jump over them with a Galespring Blessing or destroy them with an Ironskin Blessing. |
Dusty Balloons | Explodes when hit, creating a dust cloud that obstructs vision. Can be found during the Gliding Section of the course. Avoid all Dusty Balloons! |
Vacuum Balloons | Pulls the character in and keeps them from moving away, found during the Gliding Section of the course. Avoid Vacumm Ballons at all cost! |
There will be 2 Insignias of Conquest right at the start of the course. You need to collect these quickly because Insignias of Conquest disappear after an amount of time.
Simply jump near the first Insignia to collect it, then rush to the second Insignia before it despawns. You should sprint every chance you get, even on the Ice Platforms, to save up on time.
In order to climb the mountain quickly, you'll need to use the Ice Pillars sticking out of the wall. Collect the Galespring Blessings and make use of the Ice Platforms to pass this part of the course and get to the top of the mountain!
In addition to Dusty Balloons, Vacuum Balloon obstacles can be found in the gliding section of this stage. Hitting these Vacuum Balloons will pull your character in and trap them for a few seconds. Avoid these balloons at all costs so you don't waste any precious time!

Agility Training: Snow-Swept Sprint | |

Obstacles found in Stage 4 | |
Ice Pillars | Ice Pillars that have been piled together. You can either jump over them with a Galespring Blessing or destroy them with an Ironskin Blessing. |
Near the start of the course, there are 2 time-limited Insignia of Conquest. The first one can be collected just by sprinting through it, meanwhile the second one will require a Galespring Blessing to collect it quickly.
While under the effects of the Galespring Blessing make your way up the mountain to save time.
Although useful, some Galespring Blessing found in the fourth stage can be more of a hindrance than a blessing. These are the ones usually found next to a cliff and some anemo rings.
Takein the Galespring Blessing might overshoot your jumps, so some might be better off avoided.
There are only 3 Insignias hidden inside Ice Pillars during Stage 4. Use the Ironskin Blessing nearby to break the ice and collect all three insignias.

How to Play Agility Training | |
---|---|
1 | Complete Event Quest: Act 1 to unlock the challenge. |
2 | Go to the location of the Race Track. |
3 | Check the map location for the Race Conditions! |
4 | Follow the yellow particles and golden beams. |
5 | Get all the Blessings found in the race track. |
6 | Get as much Insignias as you can. |
To unlock Agility Training and all other Dragonspine Special Training challenges, you need to complete the Event Quest for Act 1: The Snowy Past.
The Snowy Past Quest Guide
To begin Agility Training challenges, you have to first go to the challenge locations. Selecting ''Go to Challenge'' on the Agility Training page will automatically direct you to that stage's location.
Note that each stage will have a different starting point and race course!
Back to Stage Guides ▲
Selecting the Agility Training marker on the map will reveal all Race Conditions for that course. These include Blessings, Insignias, Ice Pillars, and varying obstacles.
In addition to Ice Pillars, there are also obstacles unique to specific courses. For example: you may encounter Dusty Balloons in the first stage of Agility Training!
As you start the challenge, you will see yellow particles on the track. These yellow particles will guide you through the race track.
You also have to cross the golden beams to reveal the next set of Agility Training markers. Make sure you reach each golden beam checkpoint, or else you might get lost!
Blessing | How It Works |
---|---|
Galespring | Greatly increases your jumping ability during Agility Training courses. Use the buff to jump over any Ice Pillar obstacles you encounter along the way. |
Ironskin | Grants your character the ability to destroy Ice Pillars right as you approach them. This is the only way to destroy Ice Pillars during Agility Training. |
Collecting both Galespring and Ironskin Blessings will let you move through the Agility Training course much quicker, and increase your overall points!
Inisgnia | How It Works |
---|---|
Adventure | Insignias of Adventure are found on the track and inside Ice Pillars. You'll have to crack a few Ice Pillars to get all of them in one stage! |
Conquest | Insignias of Conquest are semi-transparent and disappear after some time. They only appear during specific times of an Agility Training course, so collect them quickly! |
The amount of Insignia you collect in an Agility Training stage is factored into your score. Get as much Insignias of Adventure and Insignias of Conquest as you can to rack up the points!
