Although the Electro Mechanici will be more than enough to get you through the stage, you could also use Hydro Skills on the enemies to trigger Electro-Charged!

Our Mechanicus setup for Stage 9 uses both Pyro and Cryo Mechanici. Once the Mechanici are set, we recommended buying powerful Pyro Wondrous Sticks, especially the Pyro Orb upgrade!
As for the Cryo Mechanici, using the Snowdance upgrade is enough as your Pyro Mechanici will do most of the DMG.
