Use Veneficus Points to build!

At the start of the game, you'll have free Veneficus Points to build Mechanici with. You'll get more throughout the stage, which means you'll be able to build more Mechanici!

Where to Build Mechanici

You can only build a Mechanicus in the round slots of the event stage. You'll have to figure out the best layout for your Mechanici to win!

How to Use Wondrous Sticks

Click on the card icon to use Wondrous Sticks and get buffs for your Mechanicus! Each Wondrous Stick costs a certain amount of Veneficus Points, and you can choose one of 3 to use in battle.

You can refresh the Wondrous Stick options up to 3 times for free each stage, but any additional refresh will cost you Veneficus Points.

How to Stop the Enemies

Character attacks won't damage enemies, so you can only defeat them with your Mechanici. Your characters can still use Elemental Skills to infuse the enemies with an element, though!

You get Wondrous Talismans by completing different event missions. Use these Wondrous Talismans to buy valuable items from the event shop, including Primogems!

Theater Mechanicus Tips & Tricks

Stick to a few Tower Types

When placing your tower defenses, it is a good idea to use only 1 to 2 tower types as much as possible so that you can focus on getting Wondrous Stick upgrades for that tower type.

Wondrous Stick Selection

On top of selecting the upgrades for the towers that you will use. It is a good idea to pick up Wondrous Stick upgrades of the ones below:

Mystic Stick: Artificer

The Artificer upgrade costs 500 Veneficus Points, but will reward you an extra 500 Veneficus points every time the wave ends.

It is great to pick up this upgrade during the early stages so you will extra points to spend on upgrades in between waves.

Mystic Stick: Downpayment

The Downpayment upgrades costs 0 Veneficus points and will reward you with 2000 points, the downside is that you won't be able to gain any points in the next wave. You can pick this up during the last rounds for that extra points for upgrades.

The side effect of Downpayment can also be mitigated and ignored if you have well-placed Charity towers, as you will still gain some points when enemies die in its AoE.

How to Play in Co-Op Mode

Only 2 players can play at the same time. Have a player visit your world and start the game like you normally would: by talking to Komakata in Inazuma City. You have to note that the Mechanicus limit is shared for both you and your friend, so plan it out!
