Hu Tao is too high investment, and needs bis and C1 to perform like a C0R0 Navia and Lyney. She definitely doesn't deserve to be SS while Lyney and Navia are moved to S while they don't even need to be crowned to perform as good as her
C2 Raiden is not SS infact she should could be lower in S tier too thats just her simps carrying her hard.

"Characters who can only become strong with maximum investment on all aspects (artifacts, weapons, team comps) to achieve similar performance as the other characters in the upper tiers." The their list isn't measuring overall strength it's measuring a cross section of overall strength vs. level of investment. I think is explains the movement of characters such as Raiden and hu tao. I can't measure investment cause I don't have all of these characters invested.
C2 Raiden should be SS, Navia and Liney C0 can be SS. But yeah this tier list is shit
Icel but what this guys are doing is just favoritism, like they change the tier list every update and somehow it gets worse like how on earth is shogun c2, navia and lyney of all people in s tier and they just decided to lower certain dps lower, if thats the case lower wrio and yoimiya from their tiers cos it doesn’t make sense
Oh, and 12000! well done gang. As for tier list changes, I'd say Navia still makes SS tier for me. Raiden going down to S in DPS I get, but S in support too? Other than that, I can't say I massively disagree with it.

She is not removed, she is just doesnt belong in MAIN DPS category, she is SS SUB-DPS.
Why they remove raiden from SS tier to S tier. Is it marketing strategy???😂😂😂 But it doesn't matter raiden is the best.

I agree that her older double vape team is not SS anymore but her Furina comp with Xianyun is really good at C0.. making her even better than C1 double hydro.. which justifies her being SS at C0. If it weren't for Furina and Xianyun, Hu Tao would definitely be an S with the release of Arle and Neuvi.
Agreed. I have ayato crowned and I was just astonished at how little damage he did at f2p levels. I still use him in the overworld because I hate having to battery characters, but I am not using him in the abyss.
Yeah they don't realize how bad Ayato is. Whatever he does even Childe does it much better and Neuv straight powercreeps him
