Chiori promoted? Chiori on top Lezgoooo I think rating her with C1 at SS or high S tier instead of C0 at S tier would've been more appropriate. Her C1 with Xilonen is what made wheelchair insanely broken, C0 basically just got more or less buffed the same as Navia and other Geo characters so it's quite unfair to them when they remained at their respective tier. Still, it's nice to see unpopular characters get the love they deserved.
