you can literally do that with some c0 characters... Why waste so many primos on one character when you can get two more characters that can do the same, and even more without C2?
overrated? You crazy.. How character, that can just one shots bosses with 700k-1m damage can be overrated? And this is only 1st smash. In full combo it about 2m damage. You really cringe kid, if you think that in the game appeared character stronger, than c2 Raiden -_-
Alright so according to few leaks I have seen here and there its said that Chlorinde is a overload focused character.. which would also pair her good with Cheveruse. I think genshin is trying to get the other reactions popularity up now as bloom became too good and famous dwarfing all the other reactions mostly.
C2 raiden is very very overrated nowadays. You can achieve similar performance if you use the resources worth 2 full pities of the Primogem used for other new characters, which is the reason why they moved her (did people not read the notes and their criteria?)

B-b-but Clorinde is hot🥹 Anyway, I also recommend Nahida (cuz well she is Nahida), and for electro Kuki is best 4* so you won't need a healer or use Miko + Kokomi for bigger dmg and comfort but you'll need a lot of jades. For F2P you can go dendro MC + Yao Yao + Kuki + XQ since bloom is always really F2P friendly, just stack EM and you're good to go
While Clorinde's expected to be a flexible DPS, her kit's not been finalised. But quickbloom is unlikely her best team givein an expected lack of EM. If Dendro MC is a must, then in electro the is Yae/Fischl for turrets or Kuki as Support For Hydro Sub DPS/Support you have many options, but you're mainly looking for Hydro application If the's space for Anemo Sucrose has EM, Kazuha for CC For Dendro teams, Nahida is almost always BIS. If you lose 50/50 on Baizhu then Yaoyao.

So, after thought, if i get Baizhu, I was thinking about making a quickbloom team. My only rules are Lumine has to be in the lineup. Baizhu, Ayato, sucrose and (electro) Lumine? Not sure if she would be good for quickbloom. IF not, Baizhu, Ayato, (Dendro) Lumine was what I was thinking, but I obviously need a fourth character, Electro or not. IF (Key word IF) I get Baizhu, who should I pull/level for?
I would out Raiden C2 mid-high S tier and C0 high A tier. Liney can be low SS while Navia deserves a mid SS
Itto B below Diluc ?? I play both chars, Itto is way way above Diluc, like not even close, my Itto Zhongli Chiori Gorou team is my second best team overall behind Neuvi Furina teams and equal to Alhaitham Nahida teams. Especially in recent meta with geo enemies (abyss 12 and new ascension boss for Arle), mono geo team is incredible. Meanwhile Diluc is terribad, not even Eula tier (Eula was my main).
Hu Tao is too high investment, and needs bis and C1 to perform like a C0R0 Navia and Lyney. She definitely doesn't deserve to be SS while Lyney and Navia are moved to S while they don't even need to be crowned to perform as good as her
