thats why i recommend a new category for stronger characters. But yes the most people say she is still stronger than Lyney and i tested myself also with both on C0 Hutao ist still better on DMG per second dealing. but Lyneys dmg is still a bit higher but not fast enough to get the same DMG in the end like HuTao on dmg per second stats. So the only way to make it logical and fair is to create an SSS Tier category for Arle because she is now way stronger than the other three on SS Tier
I think it is time for a new category for stronger Characters because you can not hold them on SS Tier anymore. Thats why we need an SSS Tier. With Arle the DMG per second has changed way to much in comparison with the same characters on the same category that makes no sense to hold them on same level with Arle and it makes also no sense to degree them one lower category because they are still better than others on lower category.

They've finally lost their minds. I actually used to think this tier list was pretty good but it's now too far gone.
I never post comments on tier but can someone please tell me How raiden C2 is not SS??!?!?!?! C0 is arguably understandable, but C2??!!!
Lol tier lists have never been the best way to rate characters in general but if there was at least a better of a bad bunch, this was amongst them, now though, it's fallen off completely. Full L, like what am I looking at. XD

Finally Raiden came out of SS but C2 should still be below others bruh, not a main of ayaka but what she can do at c0 is nowhere what raiden can do even at c6 also navia and lyney idk about wrio but maybe him too. And kuki should be above raiden in sub-dps she heal and best bloom trigger
