Found in to the West of the Blazing Ruins
Sappho Amidst the Waves is found to the northwest of the Balzing Ruins talent domain. Their location is marked by an arena with huge boulders surrounding it, so it is easy to find.
How to Defeat Sappho Amidst The Waves
Break the Cryo AoE with Pyro Attacks
Sappho Amidst the Waves is a very straightforward fight, with their only special attack being the Cryo canister that they throw on the ground that generates a Cryo AoE. To deal with the Cryo AoE, simply attack the canister with a Pyro attack using Pyro characters.
Do Not Fight While Raining
Sappho is fought in the open, so there is a huge possibility that you'll fight them in the rain. Avoid fighting Sappho in the rain because the Cryo AoE field will perma-freeze you before you can even destroy it with Pyro.
Reset the weather by moving the time or teleporting to waypoint.
