The Swords of the Gorge is a hidden boss and one of the Local Legends of Fontaine found in the Thalatta Submarine Canyon in Genshin Impact. See where to find it and how to defeat it in this guide!
The Swords of the Gorge are located underwater and to the left of the Thalatta Submarine Canyon, which is close to the Court of Fontaine area.
Before fighting Cortana and Murgleis, the two Swords of the Gorge, be sure to obtain the ability of the Xenochromatic Hunter's Ray'. This skill allows you to launch an attack that slices through the water!
Xenochromatic Creatures and Abilities Guide
The Swords of the Gorge have strong attacks that must be avoided or dodged. When the Swords of the Gorge are charging their connected attack, aim at the orb forming between them to deal damage to both underwater enemies.

Just like most overworld enemies, you will have to wait until the next day for the Swords of the Gorge to respawn. After defeating the Swords of the Gorge, you can fight them again after the next server reset.
The Swords of the Gorge is one of the Local Legends of Fontaine. Defeating them will reward you with a treasure chest and an achievement.
