You can find the Fairy Knight Twins in Salacia Plain near the Pale Forgotten Glory talent book domain! You only need to dive towards them after teleporting to the domain nearby.
How to Defeat the Fairy Knight Twins
Absorb a Water Blade Ability
To defeat Angelica and Medoro, the Fairy Knight Twins, you must absorb the Water Blade ability of a Xenochromatic Hunter's Ray first.
Hold your basic attack and target the blue hunter's rays to absorb their water blade ability!

Launch an Attack as They Charge Up
The Fairy Knight Twins can deal a huge amount of damage on your characters, so it's best to dodge or swim away from their water blade attacks!
They move and attack fast so it'll be hard to retaliate on a single twin on your own unless you're close to them to deal damage. It's best to wait for them to charge up for a strong attack, then aim for their connection in the middle to deal significant damage!
