Balachko Location and Boss Guide

Where to Find Balachko

Found Near the Sanctum of Rainbow Spirits Domain

Balachko's arena is found within the cave to the west of the Sanctum of Rainbow Spirits artifact domain.

To get there, you have to open a closed gate using two (2) Keys to Somewhere that are found within the cave itself. The keys are found hanging on a rope and inside a metal cage.

How to Defeat Balachko

Keep Moving At the Start

The moment you get his aggro, Balachko will start with an onslaught of attacks that can KO your on-field character if you're not careful. Keep moving to evade the attacks as they are mostly linear and can be avoided easily.

Avoid Red Attack Lines

Red lines are the main thing you will monitor throughout the fight. Balachko and his clones will throw shurikens following that line, so it is important to avoid them at any cost.

The Real Balachko Has A Flaming Shuriken

At the phase where the game will ask you to find the real Balachko, the real one will be throwing a flaming Shuriken. His clones won't have it, so he's easy to spot!

Don't Use Pyro Attacks!

Use any element except Pyro to deplete his HP, but Electro is the best element to use here. Once broken, Balachko will enter a pretty long stun period that you can use to lay down your attacks.

A hyperbloom team would be a good way to break the HP of the clones and deal as much damage as possible. Just make sure to have the three ingredients of a hyperbloom team: A Hydro character, a Dendro applicator, and an Electro character that activates the cores.

This mono-hydro team boasts good efficacy against Balachko as they deal mostly Hydro damage that can easily break the HP of the clones. Kazuha swirls Hydro in a huge AoE so he can easily break all the clones' HP, then Neuvillette and Furina deal significant damage when Balachko is stunned.

Respawns at Server Reset

Just like most overworld enemies, you will have to wait until the next day for the Balachko to respawn. After defeating the enemy, you can fight it again after the next server reset.
