Atlatl's Blessing Location
Atlatl's Blessing is found hidden underground near Tepeacac Rise. Enter the cave and use Tepetlisaurus to crawl on walls and reach the Nightsoul Totem that you need to activate to fight this Local Legend.
How to Defeat Atlatl's Blessing
Equip A Sword with High Base ATK
You will be forced to use the Traveler to fight this Local Legend and you can only equip a sword in their hand. We suggest using a sword with high base ATK as it will deal more damage in general!
In our run, we used the Mistplitter Reforged because it boasts a whopping 674 Base ATK at Lvl 90.
Parry All Eleven Shots
Though it is quite hard to do, we suggest parrying the successive shots that this Local Legend will throw at you. This will generate the most enhanced attack charge later!
There are 11 shots in this attack, and you can just press the skill button at a constant rhythm to parry all of them.
Don't Forget to Activate Enhanced Attacks
Once done parrying, do not forget to activate your enhanced attack to deal huge damage to this Local Legend. The Elemental Burst button will glow orange if you have any enhanced attack charge. Press the same button to activate it.
Atlatl's Blessing Respawn Time
Can Be Fought Anytime
Atlatl's Blessing is fought by accessing a Nightsoul Totem which means it does not exist in the overworld. Therefore, you can fight this Local Legend as many times as you can without waiting for server reset.

Anonymous 6 monthsi recommend use physical food buff like "cold cut platter" or even better fischl signature dish, it can make the ult have more damage than average
