Where to Find Tlatzacuilotl

Found in a Cave in Sulfurous Veins

Tlatzacuilotl is found by solving a puzzle using a Tepetlisaurus. You need to go underground and attack the glowing gem buried on the ground, then all markers that appears afterward.

Afterwards, it will open a cave that contains a Nightsoul Totem that you need to interact with.

Evade And Counterattack

The key to finishing this Local Legend is to evade and counterattack. You don't need reactions or teams to deal damage - just evade properly and counterattack afterwards!

You know that you've timed it properly if time slows down after evading. This might take time to get used to, so keep trying unti you succeed!

Time Your Attacks With the Glow

The best way to time your attack is to press the evade button immediately after you see Tlatzacuilotl's attack glow! These attacks can be evaded and therefore countered for big damage.

Any Team Will Work

Any team will work for the Local Legend challenge as evading and counterattacking is the key to winning here. We do suggest bringing in a healer character though for when you need to replenish your health in case you miss some evades.
