Starsail Coin can be collected as rewards by playing through the different mini-games in the Summertide Scales and Tales event. The mini-games are the Boreal Flurry, Flying Hatter's Trick, and Metropole Trials!
As of the event's Part 3, players can now earn up to 450 Starsail Coins by completing all of the event stages, allowing you to create enough Figurines to obtain a free copy of Kirara!

Travelers can use Starsail Coins to get fairytale figurines from Fantastical Fabricators during the Summertide Scales and Tales
event as the flagship part of Version 4.8!
These figurines can be created and displayed on the pedestals next to the Fabricator and in the player's teapot, and can also be exchanged with other players to get the figurine you want!
