Where to Find All Punched Tapes

All Punched Tapes Location in Treacherous Quest

Following your conversation with Sevigne, you must recover three Punched Tapes for the Treacherous Light of the Depths task. All three are marked with a glowing marker and can be located throughout the room.

First Punched Tape Next to the Portrait

The first Punched Tape may be found south of the room, next to a huge portrait. Investigate the glowing marker to obtain the Punched Tape, then proceed to the second one.

Second Punched Tape in a Drawer

The second Punched Tape is located in a drawer of a broken closet behind the wall, north of the room. Investigate the glowing marker to obtain the Punched Tape, then proceed to the third one.

Third Punched Tape Near Boxes and Books

The third and final Punched Tape is found on the floor west of the room, surrounded by boxes and books. Take it and return to Sevigne for another conversation. She will tell you to go to the Fontaine Research Institute to find Chisseray.

All Punched Tapes Location in Search of Lost Time Quest

Punched Tapes can also be found after finishing the three towers in the Search for Lost Time quest. Each tower in the West, North, and South will have a unique puzzle to solve that will lead you to a research terminal.

How to Use Punched Tapes

Used in the Quest for the Treacherous Light of the Depths

After recovering all three Punched Tapes during the Treacherous Light of the Depths Quest, return to Sevigne and show her the Punched Tapes. She'll then request that you deliver a message as well as the Punch Tapes to another NPC named Chisseray.

Chisseray Location

Chisseray can be found in New Fontaine Research Institute, sitting at a table with two other Fontaine Researchers. Speak with her to deliver the three Punched Tapes; after chatting with her, all Punched Tapes will be removed from your inventory.

Treacherous Light of the Depths Quest Guide

Used in the Quest for the In Search of Lost Time

After collecting all three Punched Tapes during In Search of Lost Time quest, find Broglie in New Fontaine Research Institute. He will then ask you to accompany him in the Central Processing Station to organize the data from the Punched Tapes.

In Search of Lost Time Quest Location

You can find Broglie on a broken bridge near the South tower if you completed all of the towers before conversing with him. After you've given him the Punched Tapes, he'll ask you to accompany him to New Fontaine Research Institute.
