Complete the Chapter 1: Act 3

To unlock the Old Friends, New Game quest, you will need to reach Adventure Rank 35 or above and complete the Chapter 1: Act 3: A New Star Approaches!

You also need to complete the Chapter 3: Act 5 Archon Quest, but you can skip that with the Quick Start Button!

To begin the quest, travel to the marked location on your map, which is in Port Ormos.

Speak with Haniyyah and Balfour, who are located beneath the bridge.

Genshin - Old Friends, New Game Walkthrough - Defeat all Four Mechanici During ther Trial Stage
You will need to defeat four mechanici during the trial stage. Talk to Haniyyah and Balfour after the trial stage.
