Teleport to the Waypoint by the southwest of Tunigi Hollow. Head north until you spot a small opening with Gray Crystals. Glide down the cliff in Hangeh Afrasiyab towards the direction of the nearest Teleport Waypoint.

There should be a small cavern nearby with The Great Song of Khvarena in it.
