Take the Elevator in Hangeh Afrasiyab

If you unlocked the underground teleport waypoint in Hangeh Afrasiyab during the quest, you can fast travel there to go straight to where the elevator is. Ride the elevator all the way down until you reach a room covered in sand and crystals.

Follow the Cavern to the East

Turn east and you should find a switch that opens the door nearby, which leads to another underground area. Keep following the tunnel until you see the Door to Khaenri'ah across the broken bridge.

Approaching the Broken Bridge Unlocks an Achievement

After finding the door, you can approach the broken bridge (where the Viewpoint) is to unlock the ...Abandon All Hope, Ye Who Enter Here Achievement.

Climb the Roots to Reach the Door

Actually getting to the door is quite tricky as there is no convenient way to cross the pit. You'll have to climb the giant roots on the walls to gain enough elevation until you can reach the other side of the bridge using your glider.
