The heart-shaped pool is located southeast of the Vourukasha Oasis, in the Realm of Farakhkert area. This is part of the new 3.6 Desert in Sumeru!

You can head there from the nearest Teleport Waypoint or the Somalata Inland Sea domain.

Similar to the Heart Island Chest in Liyue, you simply need to be in or around the pool with a friend in Co-Op to spawn the treasure chest! Going to the area alone will not reveal any chests.
