The Khvarena Mayflies are found in the new Sumeru Desert area: Girdle of the Sands.

Walkthrough

Genshin - Khvarena Mayfly Puzzle 1
Located near the Inquitous Baptist. The Mayflies will position themselves on top of the trees and cacti surrounding the chest.

Genshin - Khvarena Mayfly Puzzle 2
Found at the west of Asipattravana Swamp. After collecting a Mayfly, use the Four-Leaf Sigil to quickly collect the others.

Genshin - Khvarena Mayfly Puzzle 3
Located at the north of Vourukasha Oasis. Two of the Mayflies will pair up and go together while the last one will be on top of a slanted tree stump that requires a Four-Leaf Sigil to reach it.

Found at the east of Vourukasha Oasis. One of the Khvarena Mayflies will move just beside the initial area while the other two will be floating up in a platform. Use the Four-Leaf Sigil to gather both Mayflies and return to the starting point as soon as possible!

Located at the west of Vourukasha Oasis. Use the Four-Leaf Sigils and bounce on the mushrooms to collect the Mayflies.

Found on the Tunigi Hollow. The Mayflies will scatter themselves and go on top of the tree stumps.

Located at the south of Vourukasha Oasis. One of the Khvarena Mayflies will position itself at in the nearby statue while the other two will split up in two adjacent directions.

Collect 3 Mayflies and Return to the Chest

You must collect three Khvarena Mayflies and return them to their original position to complete the puzzle and unlock the Treasure Chest!
