Genshin - Teleport Waypoint Easy location
Genshin - Camp and Torches Area

Light up all torches in a camp underneath Devantaka Mountain to get the Mysterious Parchment. Unlike the previous Parchments, you can only do this with the Whispering Parchment.

How to Get to the Location

You can only get to this location during the Vimana Agama: Dev Delver Chapter! Once you've entered the underground area from the Ruin Golem, the Waypoint will become accessible. Drop down from there to see the camp along with unlit torches.

Since the Mysterious Parchment is the final Parchment you can get, the treasure hunt ends after solving the final torch puzzle.

While the puzzles are already over, hints of the ancient pyramids, which alludes to the Desert Area in Sumeru! There's no continuation of the puzzle there, however.

Solving the Pyro Torch puzzle rewards you a Luxurious Chest and the Mysterious Parchment itself.

Quiet the Mysterious Parchment.

Completing the puzzle also rewards you with the Call of the Nameless City achievement, which gives 5 Primogems.
