that's BS. especially if you have venti cons it applies to venti DPS anemo dmg. using ER (which yo udon't need because his burst is most of the time up and still has CD) or EM for venti is why he is now only A. It's such a waste on his dmg. You should put full atk piece (2 each set) and anemo dmg bonus/crit dmg on him. his burst makes way more dmg than with swirl and his skill has 60k each 5 seconds and generates enough particles- this bow won'T do it
It depends. Fading Twilight if you can't get 180%+ ER, if you do already have 180% or more, go for grand ode. The only time Wind's Grand Ode will not be viable is if you use him on a team only consisting of geo and anemo. (I.E. Xiaoven double core, Xiao + Venti + Zhongli + Albedo)
Ode because because EM, also Twilight’s er, base attack, and passive doesn’t do much for venti since Venti’s ascension er + just a bit more from artifacts will give venti 100% uptime and his damage comes more from swirl.
probably twilight. Ode have a lack of base atk and twilight having better effects for off field characters. Plus, i suppose you can get more EM from artifact sets if twilight is your source of ER.

Windblume ode or Fading twilight on venti? Which is better
Looks good for Baron Bunny bomber (C4) with 3 stacks timing.
I think this might be good option for Kojou Sara since she mostly focuses on base ATK for buff but also has a strong burst but not her main focus of her kit so she can time it right. There might be other characters that might be able to use this bow but they often have better options for example Rust,Sacrificial etc.
100% agree. I'm thinking Childe, Yoimiya and Fischl will love the bow.
I think is bonkers - for f2p and a main dps bow char. As I understand this you change states every 7s. You go from low bonus to middle to high and start again from low. In an eternal fight on average you have the middle bonus all the time. On R5 - which everyone will have - the bonus will be pretty sizable. And the base attack is already pretty high. Will be good on sub dps too if you can deal damage constantly and reliably. You miss out on the damage bonus for normals.
