1	Talk to Kujou Sara in Ritou.
2	Interact with the strange barrel with the tail.
3	Talk to Konrad, Reika, and Junpei.
4	Go to Eipekkusu and talk to Kaede.
5	Talk to Junpei again.
6	Head to the transaction site nearby and negotiate with Seigou. Offer somewhere above 150,000 Mora.
7	Go to Eipekkusu and talk to Kaede once more.
8	Go to the police station in Inazuma City and talk to Kujou Sara to complete the quest!
