| 2 | Talk to Albedo on the Ritou plaza. |
| 3 | Teleport to Inazuma City and go inside Uyuu Restaurant. |
| 4 | Talk to Youta sitting on the chair, Okazaki Rikuto behind the counter, and Albedo inside Uyuu Restaurant. |
| 5 | Go down Inazuma City to Hanamizaka where Onodera and Kujou Sara is. |
| 6 | Head back to the Ritou plaza and go to the Outlander Affairs Agency to complete the quest! |
