To unlock the quest chain, defeat the Isolated Electro Cicin Mage in The Glowing Narrows of The Chasm's Underground Mines. Katarina should be right beside the Teleport Waypoint!

Play through The Chasm Delvers Quest Chain
Access the quest chain by playing through Perils in the Dark. This gives you access to the latter half of the region. You can detour to the Teleport Waypoint before advancing to unlock this quest!
