Upgrade your Lumenstone Adjuvant to Level 2 and access the gadget's Blooming Light ability to go past Area 3 of the Underground Mines. Once you've upgraded your gadget just play through The Heavenly Stone's Debris to advance!

How to Unlock Area 4 of the Underground Mines

Lumenstone Adjuvant	A gadge used to explore The Underground Mines safely. Cleanses Oozing Concretions, recharges objects, and lights up the area. Obtainable from the Chasm Spelunkers quest.
Dark Mud and Oozing Concretions	Harming filth that obstructing objects which can be destroyed by using a Level 2 Lumenstone Adjuvant to the source of the anomaly.
Luminous Seelie	Seelies that give regular chests and energy to your Lumenstone Adjuvant energy by being near them!
Lumen Objects	Restores energy to your Lumenstone Adjuvant once you collect, activate, or go near it.
