Starshrooms can be found as Tri-Lakshana Creatures in the Sumeru region! Starshroom here are affected by Pyro and Electro.

The Chasm: Underground Mines Locations Map

Starshooms can also be found in the Underground Mines of the Chasm. These Starshrooms cannot be affected by Pyro and Electro, and instead have a soft glow that powers up the Lumenstone Adjuvant.

Starshroom can be eaten by characters in your party to restore HP.

	Effect	Restores 300 HP to the selected character.

A fungus with a cap that resembles a five-pointed star. It is quite hardy indeed. Once it matures, the center of the cap will split open. When used, it can restore a certain amount of HP to the selected character.

Has Scorched and Activated States

The Starshroom found in Sumeru has different states depending on if you apply Pyro or Electro to them before collecting! Apply Electro to Activate a Starshroom, and apply Pyro to Scorch it.
