Destroy the Mutation Stone
Use the Teleport Waypoint in Yaoguang Shoal, then destroy the Mutation Stone before any of the enemies notice you! After you do that, target the Rock Shieldwall Mitachurl before the rest of the Hilichurl enemies.

Destroy the Mutation Stone on the Tower First
From the Statue of Seven near Mingyun Village, you can glide on top of the tower with the Mutation Stone. You can also plunge down to deal some damage to the stone.
Destroy that mutation stone before destroying the mutation stone below, the one near the enemies! After the stones are dealt with, Target the Pyro-Slinger Braces before the Electro-Hammer Vanguard.

Bring a Shield & Claymore Character
Prioritize destroying the Mutation Stones. That means completely ignoring the enemies even if they notice you! Just bring a shield character with you to shield yourself from the constant attacks.
Once you destroy the stones, focus on beating the Stonehide Lawachurl before the Hilichurl Shooters.

How to Unlock Act 3 Places of Interest
Complete the Act 2 Places of Interest
To unlock Act 3: Yaoguang Shoal, you need to complete Act 2: Tianqiu Valley! It's the second places of interest challenge, where you also needed to destroy Mutation Stones and clear enemy camps.
