I've been saving a lot and just got C2, but whaled Engulfing. Mats were all ready so she's already as good as she can get, except some slightly lackluster artifacts. She's not as good as I thought she'd be. I thought she could replace Kuki on my hyperbloom team, but she's not even close, even built for EM. Maybe I'm doing something wrong. I'm probably spoiled by my other whale, Yelan C6. She's easy to play, top main DPS, top sub DPS, and top explorer. Broken good, best in the game imo.

C0 is S tierisnt it?
c2 has a higher dmg increase than EL.C2 + F2P weapon is better than C0 + EL.

Raiden will never be lowered because she has a large nation of fans willing to show their claws as a defender of her waifu. Just look at the counter of favorite characters and she has thousands of votes. I would say she is the most loved character by the community. of fans
only rational needs that much er so niche and raiden is the most replaceable unit in national team.

Can i use the main DPS build, even though she's just a Sub-DPS in my team? I don't want to use the Hyperbloom build since I won't use her in a Hyperbloom team composition.
Is it more wish efficient to try to go for c2 or for engulfing lightning for f2p
it’s not that good, as a dps she wants emblem (if your not playing hyperbloom) and as a sub dps she might still want it. Even as a sub dps she exists as an applicator mostly and isn’t there for dmg.

her skill multiplier is disgustingly low too.
not worth it. her kit is made for you to utilize her burst. and without emblem her burst wont do that much dmg.
Anyone tried Golden Troupe with her?
