Yup she need buff. her damage nowadays is sour poor. They can either make a new personal artifact for her or just release a brand new 5star character Ei. Just separate her from the puppet shogun lol.

The last story about Ei being pityful and have nightmares about one of her late friends reminded me of those ruined lifes she watched and never find the reason to involve in and help. It's good that now Ei is fine. Good for her that scenarists prefer to sell the pants instead of make them a proper cloth. The cloth covering with regrets over its mistakes, unstable emotions leading to new mistakes.

Wish I had gone for C1 Kazuha than for C2 Shogun. Don't feel a difference at all.
She's not good with the sub-dps hyper bloom team, as she can't trigger seeds when no enemies are around. Plus, she's not better than Kuki Shinobu in comparison to the hyper bloom team.
