Because Hyperbloom is the best reaction in the game and does as much damage as an Ayaka burst (even more if you have Nahida). Dendro is the only element that matters in the meta, and she's the best Hyperbloom enabler.
No. That title goes to Alhaitham who is much stronger than her C6 even at C0. Also he's Dendro, and Dendro will never fall off the meta unlike the other elements.
She is S tier for sub DPS tho. Her E skill doesn't really deal that much compared to other sub DPS like nahida or xingqiu. It's just mostly used as a support skill rather than for damage

Should Crit Rate Helmet a must? Because Raiden sometimes don't crit.
Dont give up yet Happened to me lot of times losing a character but i kept on rolling reach 30 pity and got it Just keep on wishing by increasing your pity who knows you might get her early pity like 30 or 20, 40 maybe even if you dont get her atleast you have 40 pity so on next banner youll only need 35-50 pity left as you already increaded your pity from the previous banner
100 bucks and you will get her
Got tighnari instead of raiden after 80 pulls on current raiden banner Since I'm F2p I'll have to give up on her but it sucks. Even if I spend money I would have to spend a lot to get me another 5star. So sad
Shogun hyperbloom is better in er/atk/cr build cuz she gets 300EM under Nahida Sanctuary :) And c2 shogun with r5 engulfing lightning is best dps in this game no need to nerf her with EM ;)
I know this build is situational (viable yes, but weird for me), but i suggest this site to add Hyperbloom Shogun with full EM build and Dragon Bane/Scarlet Staff weapon
Well, i swap Favo with Spine for Rosaria, and use Favo for XL, The Catch one is for Shogun

optimal is 300% ER to maximize EOSF artifact 4p bonus, also every point of ER above 100% rise her electro dmg bonus and energy restoration for team. If you got Engulfing Lightning weapon then 270% is ok but you got only 80 pulls so no Engulfing Lightning, go fishin for The Catch :)
I believe she needs around 200-250 energy recharge
