1	Head to the adventurer camp and talk to Sucrose.
2	Go to Albedo's campsite and talk to him there.
3	Glide all the way to the marker and defeat the Cryo Slimes in the area.
4	Defeat 2 waves of Treasure Hoarders then talk to Albedo.
