Since Mini Seelie are Gadgets, they can be equipped from the Gadget Menu and will appear in the Gadget Slot similar to NRE, Treasure Compass, etc.

Note: Mini Seelie are also considered as Pets and you can have them equipped with other Gadgets, except for other Pets and the Wind-Blessed Harpastum.
