Could be a bug. Try seeing if you have any other incomplete one-time domains in Liyue and Monsdadt. Also check for incomplete archon quests.

Hey! Can someone help me? I’m AR 40, and i kinda never bothered to do the one-time domains like Domain of Forsaken Ruins. My AR is obviously high enough, and my party is at least lvl 60+, but why can’t i enter the ruin? Are there AR restrictions or did i miss some kind of quest that i need to do before entering?
