Gather 1000 Fortune Coins and spend them from the main event screen to be able to claim your free 4-star character. Note that claiming it with Fortune Coins consumes this currency, and you will have to grind more coins to be able to obtain Yaoyao's skin and other rewards.
Fortune Coins are obtained from smashing Auspicious Treasure Trees in Liyue Harbor, as well as rewards from completing stage objectives from the various minievents for the festival!
