Kaveh should be high C tier, with Lauma he is not actually bad, just mid
Varesa needs to C6 4* characters to reach that potential and getting 4* cons is really hard, I'm still have Iansan C1 after spending 77 wishes during Varesa banner and Arle and Neuvillette are more flexible because they're not tied to a single team, best team for Neuvillette right now is Ineffa, Furina and Lauma for example as a havereod most of the SS dps except Skirk, I agree with the SS dps list.

i used her in melt teams for cyro apply and 2 char cyro bonis effect. So i am "no one" ;)
