Flins is actually very good for me. Idk why people say he's bad. Level 50 flins can one shot most lv 90 enemies. Or maybe I just have Ineffa and a lot of crit rate.

flins need Sig and ineffa, never even without lauma and Sig is strong unlike flins
I bet Nefer ain't gonna go higher than S, she's as restricted as Flins and doesn't do much better
