so raiden is somewhat good for hyperbloom team double hydro xq yelan cuz there are at least 2 burst dpses in the team. assuming the other party members are raiden nahida? how do you heal? proto amber on nahida thus decreasing the team dmg?

Hyperbloom team: XQ and Yelan gain advantage in Raiden team. In Kuki team, XQ Yelan do not gain the advantage at all.
But hey, why would you need to boost your own EM when the EM from artifact set is already enough if it is just for hyperbloom trigger.
only xq and yelan can gain some advantage of buffed burst. the team dps like nahida, alhaitham and raiden herself mostly depend on skill or na in hyperbloom teams.
but hey thats something raiden cant boost her own em at all
but useless againt shield aka the tough opponents are like the lectors/heralds
Also, her EM boost from C6 isn't even that useful because: 1. Diminishing return 2. Long cooldown
In hyperbloom, Raiden isn't any lower than Kuki due to the fact that her Hyperbloom trigger has longer reach, longer duration and uptime, and can be used in any range. Not to mention it came package with elemental burst buffer.
this. tbh raiden should come lower. she is kukis sidegrade in hyperbloom. kuki can be used even against shield, gives heal, constellations increases her em and protect her from one shot. while raiden has better range, faster electro application but no heal and useless against shield.
Because this tier list classifies her role into two: Sub-dps (hyperbloom) and support (healer). Sub-dps wise she is an S-tier thanks to being the best hyperbloom trigger. As for her role as a healer is what makes her classifies as a support. Since her supportive capability is only heal no damage buff only applying element, and she heals enough, only to active character but provides nothing more other than that, thus why her support role is A-tier.
I agree, Kuki dose seem a bit low in A, considering how well she's been working In Alhaitham teams lately. So I do think she should make S tier. But it is also true that I'm Only really using her in Alhaitham teams, so maybe that's why she's ranked low at the mo?
Why is kuki still ranked so low in these tierlists ... since when is her c4 a necessity for her to be equals with fischl and yae lmfao ... she is easily comparable or even better than those 2 due to hyperbloom being broken as fk, raiden is ranked that high due to hyperbloom so why kuki cant get the same treatment, even a raiden hyperblook team has a weakness and that is being gimped by shields since raiden's coordinated attacks doesnt work on shields Kuki deserves better placing than this
Chevreuse is overload support. If Hoyo makes Clorinde overload dps that would be disappointing
Given Furina's banner gone today, a personal review won't count for much, still: Pros +She turns all potential healing into a attack buff +Constant uptime on Hydro Support/SubDPS +Revamps/improves on a number of charicters +Great FTP or with Constellations +Can walk to Inazuma Cons -Needs a dedicated healer to play comfortably -Slower Hydro application/DPS ticks -A higher risk>reward style can be a learning curve for new players In all tho, she's a must pull. And ranked appropriately.

That being said, I am only referring to her bloom team which is low investment. Her vaporize team however, while niche if fully invested is very strong but it cost you your passive and more investment of course like any other DPS. I have seen C6 Nilou taking down boss in a second using vaporize on her burst and her burst literally has no ICD on both of its strike along with having a high HP.
